1950 First Year Parker 51 Special Aerometric Foutain Pen Black w/ Fine Nib

Showing use and wear as seen.  Date code of '50', indicating 1950, the first year of production for the 51 Special. The pen was flushed, it filled as normal. Some residue may remain; it could need further cleaning for continued use. The metal sleeve around the filler is loose, but the unit is solid for use.  Not a show piece, but a decent pen for all-around daily use.
