    Description

    Cavalryman's Leather Shin Protection Gaiters. Condition is Used. Light weight hard finish leather.  Very mellow tone.  Limber, not dried out.   Not touched up or oiled in any way.  Original fastening system and belts with buckles are very operational.  Worn over breeches, these leggings protected the rider from thorny brush and sharp rocks. This is a pair-designated "r" and "l" in photos.  Size is indicated also.  Very likely military issue but no markings are present.  No indication of country of manufacture. Look great just sitting on a shelf.   Sorry, NO international orders.
