Cricut Shapes Cartridge - "PHRASES" -  NEVER USED --"SEALED" CARTRIDGE!
The Box (Plastic Case) is opened - the Cellophane covering the box has been discarded - but the Cartridge inside has NEVER been used - it is still SEALED.  Please see the Photos.  When I used to Scrapbook and buy Cricut Cartridges long ago, I would buy them and open them (very carefully) to "look" at the pamphlets inside for ideas, etc.  Sadly, I did not have the opportunity to make use of many of the cartridges that I had purchased.
The Box states that this Cartridge contains:  Phrases with layers and shadows.  Tags and cards.  It does not state how many--
