Hi everyone! Escort Passport 8500 X50 Radar Detector with power to lighter port AND Direct Wire Smart Cord!
I just took this out from one of my cars, and is in perfect working condition.  After uninstalling, I tested both power supplies, and you can see them power on in the pictures.  I had it custom mounted on my car, and had the direct wire Smart Cord near my shifter to mute when needed.  The second bracket is what I used to mount it, so that's what that is.  The original bracket, that's the one on the unit, I don't have the 2 suction cups.  It looks like this is an easy accessory you can find on ebay.
If you are going to use the direct wire Smart Cord, I would advise you to add a simple in-line fuse on the positive wire.  If you are planning to do this, you know what I'm talking about.  I had to cut that part to make the cable come out smoothly from my install.  The accessory port power cord is in excellent condition because I never used it.  The coiled cable is not stretched, like in many other auctions.
Please look at the photos, you will get what you see.  I'm noticing these unit go anywhere from to 0, and rarely do they show the unit powered up, or come with the Smart cord.  The smart cord alone is on ebay, so that's where I'll start the bid, and with no reserve.
