This vega box kit is designed specifically for your 1935-1940 Ford Car and 1935-1941 Ford Truck.
This Brand New high quality Vega Street Rod Steering Box is ideal for Street Rod applications and is smoother and stronger than OEM boxes.
Steering Shaft Spline: 5/8"-36
Ratio: 20 : 1
5 1/2" Turns (Lock-to-Lock)
Mounting pattern is 2 3/4" and 4 3/8" center-to-center of the three mounting holes
This is the stock configuration, meaning when you turn the input shaft clockwise, the output shaft also turns clockwise
Recommended for vehicles weighing 2800 lbs or less

BRACKET
This bracket is designed to fit the tapered frames of the 1935-1941 Fords
It measures 3.155" between the tabs at the front and 3.380" between the tabs at the rear
PITMAN ARM
The pitman arm is ZINC and non-offset design. Double-tapered "Ford" tie rod end hole allows you to attach the drag link on the top or on the bottom.
Tapered tie rod hole measures 0.625" on both sides and tapers down to 0.585" in the center of the hole.
