Description

Outstanding PARKER 51 SIGNET (panels of longitudinal lines) in all gold filled metal and dated1953. This pencil is free of any observed flaws and operates perfectly. The pencil is a cap activated lead advance (depress rather than later twist method), and uses .036" lead. Markings at the base of the cap read,  PARKER   1/10 14K GOLD FILLED,"  and on the barrel below the cap, PARKER "51" MADE IN USA  "53." Under the cap is a very long original eraser and a good load of extra lead in the magazine. This excellent pencil seems to have had very little use.
