Valentine One V1 Radar Locator Concealed Display Band Identification, Gen 1.
A remote display that moves all visual warnings to a your-eyes-only location of your choosing while your detector remains in the dark mode. Matches the display of V1. Backward compatible with all V1 w/ESP versions and forward compatible with V1 Gen2 with a minor exception: Only six of eight LEDs in the signal-strength indicator will glow at full alert with V1Gen2.
Note:
A V1 main unit is needed to let this device work.
The Concealed Display may be attached directly to the Lighter Adapter (see Note below). Or you may mount it anywhere using self-stick interlocking fasteners, then connect with the power cord (included) to either the Lighter Adapter or Direct-Wire Power Adapter.
Mute and Mode selection are controlled by the Control Button on the Display (On-Off and Volume adjustments remain on V1).
This compact module measures only 1.0-in. H x 2.5-in. W x 1.2-in. D. Weight: 1.0 ounces. Satin-black finish matches V1.
Note: This "attachment" is not possible with the old single-wire Lighter Adapter used up through 1997. Replace with Adapter (Item 20319) as used on today's V1.
