VINTAGE  WW1 1st CORPS US ARMY MEDIC + SIGNAL CORPS WOOL KHAKI SERVICE TUNIC JACKET WITH FULL INSIGNIAS, COLLAR BUTTONS, PATCHES + BUTTONS - NAMED SERVICEMAN
This vintage WW1 1st CORPS US ARMY MEDIC + SIGNAL CORPS WOOL KHAKI SERVICE TUNIC JACKET, unlined, comes complete with US ARMY + SIGNAL CORPS Collar Discs, 1st Corps shoulder sleeve insignia of silver bullion on blue wool, red Honorable Discharge chevron and three  overseas chevrons of gold bullion on khaki wool on the left arm. On the right arm is a larger Signal Corp patch on khaki wool and a Medical Department embroidered patch with two white chevrons on blue wool.
The service was in the Ist Corps, stationed at Neufchateau, France. The WWI campaigns of the First Corps were: Isle-de-France, Champagne-Marne, Aisne-Marne, Champagne, St. Mihiel and Meuse-Argonne. The serviceman’s name will be furnished upon request.
Condition:  In overall Fair condition, with previous and numerous insect hole damage. There is no active damage on this heavy worsted wool jacket tunic. One hook on the collar has come undone, but the original hook is still present. Please see photographs.
